With any development, and with the amount of legislation which you have a duty to comply with, we understand that there will be certain issues which arise from time to time. However, by involving us in the management of your property we are able to efficiently deal with any such issues as they arise.
We are proud to work closely with several local Landlords, assisting them in managing their property interests. We offer a full range of services for Freeholders including collecting Ground Rent, preparing annual Service Charge Accounts, dealing with sales enquiries and all aspects of the day-to-day running of their developments.
Should the time come that landlords wish to sell their interest in the Freehold, we can assist in finding an investment buyer and advise on the required process every step of the way

Complete Property Group act for a range of Developers, Investors and Portfolio Landlords, providing bespoke services that deliver each client’s specific requirements. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, so we work with each client to advise and guide them through the best course of action.
There is a natural synergy between managing the development together with the individual units, and we offer a unique combined service linking Block Management and Letting and Management.
Our block management team work closely with our other in-house specialist departments to maximise the return on your asset. With several developments in Cheltenham and Gloucester utilising this unique service, our clients have benefited by receiving relevant advice, marketing strategies, carefully calculated budgets for communal services and planned maintenance together with legal and health & safety compliance.
Summary of Our Services:
Advice – Providing advice and guidance on cost effective maintenance of your development in accordance with H&S legislation, legal requirements of the lease and statutory compliance. See our Advice Link for more information.
Prepare, Issue and Collect – Annual budgets, Year-End accounts, Service Charges, Ground Rents, Payments.
Credit Control – We have an accounts team including a qualified accountant and dedicated credit controllers. We are able to provide our clients with timely, robust reporting information (generally quarterly) and robust credit control processes helps ensure the properties in our portfolio have consistent income.
Organise, Supervise and Action – Day-to-Day Services, Maintenance Contracts, Major Works and Cyclical Maintenance Plans, Emergency and ad-hoc Repairs. Insofar as its possible, part of our strategy is to employ Local Independent contractors to service our client’s properties. Generally, they are more cost effective than larger National or Regional Firms (many don’t charge VAT for starters) and if they’re based in the same area as the property – they’re able to attend more quickly.
Administration – Issuing Notices, Policies and Correspondence. Undertaking Inspections, attending and chairing AGMs and other Meetings; Acting as Company Secretary (where applicable).
Provide – 24/7 – Emergency Helpline.
Excellent Communication – One of the main complaints we hear in the industry, is that of clients not being able to contact their Property Manager. You will always be able to talk to one of our dedicated small, friendly team. You’ll get a mobile number for your property manager and a reliable 24/7 Emergency Number. We’ll even provide you with our MD’s mobile number. Communication is key!
