With the changes effecting the lettings market and the introduction of the Tenancy Fee Act 2019 prohibiting agents from charging tenants referencing and other related fees, landlords now find themselves picking up these costs which can have a considerable impact on landlords income; as there remains a level of uncertainty as to what ultimately these costs may amount to in total. At Complete Property Group we are removing that level of uncertainty and fixing your monthly costs to include all referencing and other related fees (check in, check out, tenancy agreement, etc) regardless of how many changes of tenants and / or referencing applies during the contractual period. This is the ultimate level of service and presents a new standard in letting and management.
