Keith, Sue and the team are a great bunch to deal with. We’ve been working with them for a while now on managing a block of flats. They’ve consistently been professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. They handle everything efficiently and take a lot of the stress out of what can often be a tricky process. I have had a flat in a large block managed by CPG for many years and am chairman of the residents association. Sue, Keith and Carol have always been very responsive to requests for information or action. They have also been proactive in suggesting courses of action to manage both physical maintenance issues and inter personnel issues within flats.

My husband, David and I lived in Grosvenor House for eleven years and only moved out in 2022 because my husband had Motor Neurone Disease and needed to live somewhere where he did not need to have to climb stairs.
During our time in Grosvenor House, and since moving out and needing to sell our apartment there, the constant help we received, in so many different but necessary ways was wonderful.
After David died in 2023 when our apartment was actually put
on the market, the help I received from Keith, Jack and Sue
was wonderful and went beyond what I would have had from

Having been with complete for some years now I felt it was time to leave a review. As always with reviews there is usually a negative bias. I would like to buck that trend and instead state how great our experience has been with complete. Our rent has always been very fair and everything communicated well. Keith has been a great contact and helped whenever a issue may arise. Along with this whenever we have reported a issue (Broken shower) a new solution was installed very promptly.
