Sourcing and selecting appropriate tenants is one of the challenges in property management, especially during year end low seasons. My husband, David and I lived in Grosvenor House for eleven years and only moved out in 2022 because my husband had Motor Neurone Disease and needed to live somewhere where he did not need to have to climb stairs. During our time in Grosvenor House, and since moving out and needing to sell our apartment there, the constant help we received, in so many different but necessary ways was wonderful. Having been with complete for some years now I felt it was time to leave a review. As always with reviews there is usually a negative bias. I would like to buck that trend and instead state how great our experience has been with complete. Our rent has always been very fair and everything communicated well. Keith has been a great contact and helped whenever a issue may arise. Along with this whenever we have reported a issue (Broken shower) a new solution was installed very promptly.
